Party Time Selections

Policy (Please read before booking a Party)

• We only provide tablecloth, ( Solid color only) and cleaning . Please bring your own party supplies

• We sometimes have private party on the weekends. end of the day.. we do not provide any discount for us hosting a private party. We can move your party to another day or you and your guest are welcome to come early so your can enjoy more fun time.

• We call for colors the Monday before the party day. If you do not provide a color by Wednesday, we will only provide all white. We will not fulfill any request made 72 hours before the party day.

• Children between the ages of 9 months to 12 years old will be considered as child guest.

• Birthday party bookings are recommended at least 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot  

• Must put $100( plus Tax ) / $200 for private event deposit to reserve date and time (Deposit is Non-Refundable)

• Additional party time can be requested. Its $200 for an additional hour and half.

• Allowed to arrive 15 minutes early for set up.

• We allow balloons and table decors

• No tape or glue dots on our walls please. There is a $100 repainting fee for decoration hung on our walls.

• There is a $75 fee for help with personal balloon arch set up. $50 removal fee for balloon arch left for us to dispose. (These fees are only for any balloon arches not ordered through Playbox)

• Bring your own party food

• No alcoholic beverages 

• No Grilling

• No popcorn, candies, gums, or ice creams allowed.

• No Ceiling decor, Confetti, glitter, or silly string

• Goodie bags must be handed out to kids when they leave.

• All Birthday Party Guest (Adults as well)will need to take their shoes off before entering the facility

• Socks are required to enter( bring your own) or buy it from us for $4.00

• We sell cake cutter for $3 each. 

• Waivers need to be signed in for all children guest invited at your party

• **** Host is responsible for informing all party guest about Playbox rules and regulations
